NOTICE: Empire Avenue amended the Rules of the People's Market on Aug 10th, the Advertiser Terms and Conditions on Aug 19th and the Terms and Conditions of Use on Aug 25, 2010.
Empire Avenue may amend any of these Policies, Guidelines or Rules at any time by posting a new or amended Policy(ies), Guideline(s) or Rule(s) as the case may be as a replacement of the any previous Policy(ies), Guideline(s) or Rule(s).
